On this day we had the privilege of meeting with Mr. Guilaume and High Commissioner Mr. Lucas of the Republic of Rwanda.
Rwanda is a landlocked country in East Africa that has become increasingly popular for their coffee. The rich nature and resourceful land produce high quality coffee that is rich in flavor.

According to Mr. Guillaume and Mr. Lucas, the Rwandan government is pushing forward a project to export high quality beans for specialty coffee.
Honey and tea are also produced on the rich agricultural lands of Rwanda.
The biggest challenge they face as a landlocked country is to secure a reliable export route while maintaining product quality.
We will be pushing forward on an import project to introduce such high-quality products from Rwanda to Japan.
